Scope of this notice
Generative Z offers AI, automation and digital marketing services. This notice describes the redesigned home, blog, contact and privacy pages, and identifies differences on the older service, pricing, product and training pages.
Forms and information collected
The detailed contact form requests your name and email. Phone, company, website, areas of interest, budget, timeline and message are optional. Your language choice and your permission to use the information to respond are sent with the request. This permission does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
On the home page, the short contact form collects name, email, optional website and message. A plan request collects email, needs and preferred currency; it is not an order or a confirmed quote. Both require permission to respond.
The newsletter form collects email, language and a separate opt-in, plus a server timestamp and consent version. A successful response acknowledges a subscription request, not a confirmed subscription. The confirmation email, double opt-in, proof of confirmation and unsubscribe process must still be verified with the newsletter provider.
Older training forms also collect phone, company, selected programme or session, seat count and a message, depending on the page. The pricing page still sends email, selected services, currency and an estimated total through FormSubmit. The linked clinic demonstration has its own name, email, phone, service and message fields; its purpose and responsible operator need clarification.
Internal forms first send data to this site’s PHP service, which validates it and forwards only approved fields to a configured workflow. The empty anti-spam field is checked but not forwarded. The service uses the connection’s IP address to create keyed security identifiers; it does not put raw IP addresses or message contents in its own technical logs. Hosting, workflow and email systems may have separate logs.
Cookies and browser storage
With JavaScript, the site stores in your browser (localStorage, not cookies) your language (gz_lang), the day/night theme (gz_theme) and your cookie choices (gz_consent). Clear the site data in your browser to remove them. The pages remain readable without JavaScript or access to this storage.
Older pages also store currency, billing duration, selected services or cookie choices locally (gz_currency, gz_billing, gz_cart, gz_consent_v2). These values have no automatic expiry in the inspected code. The product page’s preference panel applies to that page; it is not a verified site-wide consent control. Third-party and hosting cookies require a separate check of the live site.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PNFDGB43GD, Google Ireland Ltd) is loaded only after you accept “Audience measurement” in the cookie banner; Google Ads conversion measurement is loaded only after you accept “Advertising”, once a campaign is active. Before any choice, no Google tag is loaded (Google Consent Mode v2, everything denied by default). With consent, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (13 months maximum) and, for Ads, _gcl_* cookies. We measure pages viewed, accepted form submissions and clicks on phone, email, WhatsApp or Calendly links (the method only, never the number or address), with IP anonymisation, without Google signals and without ad personalisation. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the Google cookies set on this domain. Google may process data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.
External services and recipients
Calendly, WhatsApp and Google Maps are links on the redesigned contact page. Those services receive a connection when you follow the link and apply their own terms. No calendar or map is embedded on this page. Older training pages still embed a Google map; older pages also load styles or fonts from external CDNs, which receive connection data such as your IP address.
The product catalogue links to Gumroad. No card-entry form was found in the inspected site pages. Any purchase takes place on the external service; its availability, payment handling and information returned to Generative Z must be confirmed by the owner.
The complete list of hosting, workflow, email and other providers, their countries, authorised recipients and any international transfer arrangements has not yet been confirmed. The old statement that personal data is never sold also requires the owner’s confirmation.
Retention
No verified retention period is available yet for enquiries, newsletter records, workflow execution history, emails, hosting logs or backups. Their deletion schedules and who is responsible for applying them must be defined by the owner. A form’s successful response does not mean that its data has been deleted.
The internal service uses a one-hour rate-limit window and a ten-minute duplicate-detection window on native and home form routes. Expired entries are cleaned during later requests, not by a scheduled deletion process. Its technical log is bounded by file size, not by a fixed number of days. These security windows are not retention periods for your enquiry or for external systems.
Purposes and legal bases
The forms are intended to answer enquiries, discuss projects or request newsletter registration, with separate permission for the newsletter. The applicable legal basis for each purpose, including security, purchases and external services, must be confirmed by the operator. A checkbox alone does not settle all of these legal questions.
Privacy requests
Write to marketingmanager@genztunisia.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, as applicable to your situation. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. The responsible operator, request procedure and competent supervisory authority must be confirmed before publication.

The site lists Generative Z, marketingmanager@genztunisia.com and Résidence Les Oranges, Bellavista, Sevilla, España. The owner must confirm the legal entity responsible for processing and its official contact address.
Changes to this notice
This is a local draft based on the inspected code. The owner must approve the final wording and set an actual publication or revision date. The date is not automatically changed on each visit.
