The 6 sessions

Six intensive, hands-on sessions, 10 hours in total. You work on your own business from the first session.

  1. Your stack: Claude and Claude Code, your domain or your own computer, and the open-source tools you will install.
  2. Your CRM: a free open-source CRM such as Odoo Community, set up for your contacts, pipeline, quotes and follow-ups.
  3. Your website: built and published with Claude Code, with forms that send each request to your CRM.
  4. Your automations: self-hosted n8n for lead capture, follow-ups and AI-written replies that you approve.
  5. Your visibility with OpenAI Ads: new in our training, your first campaign in ChatGPT's ad manager, tracked into your CRM.
  6. Your videos with Claude: scripts, storyboards and short promotional videos made with Claude, then your 30-day plan.

What you pay after the training

  • The software: nothing. The CRM, website and automation tools are open source, with no licence or subscription.
  • Hosting: free on your own computer, or a small monthly fee for a server on your own domain.
  • Claude: a Claude account. Claude Code needs a paid Claude plan.
  • Ads: only the advertising budget you choose to spend.

Online or onsite

  • Live online: the 6 sessions in a small group, from anywhere.
  • Onsite: the same programme in person, in groups of up to 8 people.

The €699 price (instead of €1,499) applies to bookings made until 15 December 2026. We confirm the session dates with you by email after you book. Bring your laptop.
