Weeks 1 to 3 run from 4 to 24 December, week 4 from 4 to 8 January (no sessions from 25 December to 3 January). Every week: 2 group sessions, 2 practical labs, 1 peer review, 1 office hours and 1 individual meeting with each participant. Attendance is required at every session: the programme allows no absence.

Who should apply

  • Junior automation builders and implementation specialists
  • Customer Success professionals and technically minded project coordinators
  • Career switchers who learn fast, even without n8n experience

You need professional working English, availability for every live session (no absence allowed) and the weekly assignments, and a basic understanding of APIs, data or SaaS tools (or proof that you learn technical tools quickly). French, Spanish or Arabic are a plus.

How to apply

Email your CV (PDF) and a few lines about your experience and motivation to contact@generativez.es, with the subject “Customer Success Programme”, by 27 November 2026. Questions candidates ask

Is there a participation fee? No. The programme is free for participants.

How long is it, and in what format? Four weeks, remote-first, from 4 December 2026 to 8 January 2027, with a Christmas break from 25 December to 3 January: live group sessions, practical labs and a weekly individual meeting. The selection test is on Monday 11 January 2027. The full session calendar is sent to admitted participants.

In which language? The sessions and all programme materials are in English.

Can I apply from anywhere in the world? Yes. The programme is remote and open to applicants wherever they are based. Tell us your country and time zone when you apply; for selected collaborators, we confirm that the contract and the remote arrangement can be set up for your country.

What happens after the programme? Up to 12 participants may be selected for paid or project-based collaboration, depending on their skills, their performance and the projects available. For selected collaborators, the expected compensation is €800 to €1,400 per month, depending on experience, skills and project, with possible bonuses. The work is remote; some clients may occasionally ask to meet in Spain, the UK or Ireland. Any collaboration depends on the project requirements and the agreement offered.

How does selection work, and how much time does it take? An application review, a practical challenge and an interview. Twenty participants join the cohort, and collaborators are selected after the selection test on 11 January 2027. Participants attend every session, with no absence allowed, and complete the practical assignments. The estimated weekly hours come with the session calendar.

How we handle your application

Applications run through an n8n workflow that we built for this programme. AI helps us organise the information; people make every decision.

  1. Received: your email is recognised as an application, checked, and duplicates are ignored, so you never get two acknowledgements.
  2. Organised: an AI assistant summarises your answers and your CV against the programme criteria. It does not see your email, phone number or links, and it never uses age, gender, nationality or other personal characteristics.
  3. Reviewed by a person: a named reviewer reads the summary and your application, and records the decision.
  4. Answered: you receive an invitation to the practical challenge or an update, only after the reviewer has approved it.

Errors in the workflow alert our team straight away, and your application is kept for manual review rather than lost. How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.
